ARE THE PIGS THE MURDERS OR THE VICTIMS !!! WHO KNOWS

The Victims or The Murderers

Their were once 3 little pigs living in a home where they had been found of murder of the
big bad wolf. The FBI agents surrounded the front door, smashing through the glass windows ,
busting the door open, aiming assault rifles directly at their heads .
They saw a pot of hot boiling water with some of the pigs specialty of spices with a wolf in it,
the pigs were taken to the nearby police station to investigate the crime scene.
Everyone knows the wolf surely wouldn’t blow the house down because he had asthma.

(if he had asthma then he couldn’t breath in to huff and puff and blow the house down).
But I think that the pigs would of got rid of him anyway because they want the protection of
getting eaten and the protection towards the house payments.
The pigs still needed to still pay some of the house bill. They say that the pigs should
be convicted murder only cause they killed a wolf, but what if their was a reason for killing
that wolf. :)
I call these pigs innocent. Because the wolf may have been
faking the asthma just to save air to blow the house down and eat the pigs.

A special place in the community

A special place in the community.

Write to explain to your reader why this place is special.

Think about:
  • what your reader needs to know about the marae
  • how you are going to introduce the marae
  • the order of your ideas and how you link them.

A marae is a special place in the community because it's a place where you have
celebrations, to celebrate what you can do at a marae. Education, learning different
ways that moari learned back then where there was learning about moari language,
carving, and more. Also a marae is their for whanau connections where you connect with
your whanau, relations and your tupuna.

Whanau connections:
A marae is a special place in the community because you meet your relatives who you
haven't seen before. Also you go their to learn your whakapapa which is who are you
related to and who your ancestors and tupuna were. That's how you find out who you
really belong to and who your great great and so on grandparents are as well.

Education:
A marae is a special place because you learn different and unique ways of doing things
that moari learned before. Such as, carving, arts, culture and our own language te reo
moari. You also learn about who created the marae and why your tupuna was crafted on
the outside of the marae. We also learn about our culture who are we as moari and how
is being maori significant to us.

Celebrations:
A marae is a special place in the community because it holds family celebrations.
We celebrate birthdays, family reunions and more at a marae. But we weren't aloud to
leave when a tangihanga was happening because that was disrespect to the whanau who
had lost their loved ones.

In conclusion, A marae is a special place in the community because it brings everyone
together as a whanau and you can build up whanaungatanga around your tupuna that you
haven’t met before. A marae is a place where you learn about new, unique and totally
different ways of creating things, planning and all sorts that you can also do with your
relatives. A marae is also a place where you celebrate important events.
A marae is also built as a place for the homeless to stay incase they didn’t have a place
to stay.

MERGE CUBE !!!!!!!!!

This week I experienced a Merge Cube which is a foam cube that you can hold on the palm of your hand. It combines AR/VR simulations, and allows students to experience augmented reality first hand.

By the way virtual reality and augmented reality are not the same because with (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer generating the object.

(VR) Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. #Dimensions

KO TE KUPU KORERO - He Aha ?

This is our learning for writing #Te reo maori

THIS IS MY COMMENT !!!

Hi Hawaiki, my name is Tristan and I go to Tautoro school. You have a great piece of writing but what you can improve on is your puncuation, putting in fullstops, commas and captial letters in the right place. And it's "My family and I". Apart from that keep it up just so you improve more.

EXTENSION

THE BRIDGE THAT HELD MYSTERIES !!!

WALT: write a narrative piece of writing.
Rendered Image
Once upon a time there were two young people name Jason and Amelia.
Running for their lives through the dark forest they call it  the “SCREAMING FOREST.”
As their running they can hear voices “whispering” Amelia was running.
She stopped, and started to hallucinate. She looked at Jason who looked at her and tried to get
her out of her hallucination.

She looked at the man and what she saw was very, very weird.
She saw him as a SCARY SHADOW HOLDING A SYCTHE walking up to her in a creepy way.
SHE STARTED SCREAMING but eventually she snapped out of it as soon as he grabbed
her face and swung her around. Jason was shouting “HURRY, WE GOT TO GO” she got up,
snapped out and ran again with her partner. They made it to a bridge, on the other side was a
GIANT HOLDING A MACE (It’s like a club with a spiked metal ball).

Jason ran straight up to the giant with no fear and pulls out his sword,
rushing so fast with super speed, JUMPED holding his sword up AND STABBED HIM IN
THE CHEST BUT the giant pulled the sword out and grabbed the man and through him
back over to Amelia. Then Amelia showed off her karate moves, jumped up and threw small
knives at the giant. The giant stopped. HE PICKED HIS MACE UP AND TRIED HITTING
THEM, throwing his mace around, SMASH, SMASH (sound affects).

After awhile trying to kill the giant they finally found his weak spot was behind his head.
Jason grabbed his knife and stabbed it behind his head and it turned to dust.”Puff”.
They finally walked across the bridge and guess what there was a village full of their people.
They had relief that everything about that day was running but what were they running from,
well let me tell you.

They were running from a horde of men terrorising their house.
So they ran away and never came back. Now at the village where they can be safe from
evil within. But did you notice, how could the bridge hold the giant ? because usually a
massive giant will break the bridge in one step. (Mystery) What is on that bridge that makes
it a mystery and there's also something beyond the village ?

READING AND COMPREHENDING !!!

Manu Korero

We went to the manu korero at Northland college. It was a very good experience to watch how they were all so confident and used alot of expression. I used a website called befunky to create a poster that showed our school going to the manu korero. Befunky is a site that you create a template, put a image in then colour it if you want.

I SMASHED MY IKAN LIKE IT WAS NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!

Manu Korero at Northland college

Manu Korero

On Friday afternoon at school, getting on the bus, driving to Northland college.
My class went to Manu korero at Northland college.
We went to see everyone from different schools participating in the manu korero.
Every student who participated needed to choose a subject to talk about (IMPROMPTU).
As we were walking into the basketball court where they had the stage for the speakers to
stand.

We went to go find our seats to watch,
the sooner I walked into the doorway the first speaker was talking.
As we sat down into our seats we watched all the speakers from different schools.
Poshy Ngawati, I reckon she was one of the top speakers because how she stood up on stage
with confidence, expression and was a very fluent speaker #moari speakers.
Their were more speakers who stood out but I couldn’t remember the names.

Later on as the time goes by, we have been sitting for at least 3 to 4 hours long.
I was looking around at the camera people on each side of the room.
FINALLY IT WAS LUNCH TIME obviously this was between 3 to 4 hours.
After the break that we had to watch more and MORE AND MORE !!!! It was getting boring at
times but I still watched it all. But when this girl stood up on stage and started talking she
sounded like she was about to cry but she didn’t (no offence) she did good.

Finally we waited for the bus so we can go back to school.
I said “FINALLY, YAY”  my class jumped on and headed back to school.
What I enjoyed about the day was watching all the students from different colleges standing to
talk about a subject, especially the ones who were talking in maori.

DONT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AWAY !!!!!!!

My cybersmart task is to know "whats the difference between private and public information". Public info, you can share anything like a photo or name. But private info, you dont share your full name, address, phone number or your username. If you share a photo of yourself and you share it to your friend as long as it dosent have any personal info on it, it's ok to share online. You must always be positive not negative when commenting to other people. Bystanders are people who will just let it continue to happen. Upstanders will put a stop to it but will also put positive comments onto there post so they know whats it like to be negative or positive. I have learnt not to let anyone know my online username escpecially when playing online games #Fortnite and not to put in my email address when logging into a site that I know will get me into trouble or danger of someone knowing my location.

WHAT IF YOU WERE THE MAN WHO LIVED IN A LIGHTHOUSE !!!!!!!!!!!!

WALT: describe the feeling of what it would be like if it was you.
(your perspective of what you will do). This is also my narrative. :)

Lighthouse

Their I was sitting with my lantern beside me,
it was very dark and I was waiting for the ship to go past. A few moments later
the lights suddenly blacked out and I straight away I reacted
and ran to the top of the lighthouse. Looking around I had a look at the light bulb
and it wasn’t on, so I tried my very best to lift it then I dropped it and it SMASHED!!

Suddenly I heard the ship, the water was rough and gurgly
I was hoping it wouldn’t smash. I stood their sad because I couldn’t do
anything until I yelled to the village let there be light. So the village helped
me get light for the ship to go passed without crashing into the bottom of the cliff.
I lived happily ever after.
